​Spine Academy Physical Therapy (SAPT), provides physical therapy treatment for children, teens, adults, and seniors with scoliosis using the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School (BSPTS) Rigo Concept, a leading, international conservative treatment for scoliosis based on the Schroth Method. We are located in the Greater Boston area and serve patients from all over the world.

SAPT also trains US and International physical therapists to treat scoliosis patients utilizing the BSPTS Rigo Concept. PTs, Level 1 (L1) and Certification Level 2 (C2) and additional courses for 2021-2022 posted under Courses & Clinic. To see photos from previous training sessions, check out photo gallery.

The BSPTS Rigo Concept is a leading, international conservative physical therapy approach for scoliosis. It utilizes three-dimensional curve-specific exercises that can have the following benefits:
